The vision of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) on beautiful Lake Gaston is on its way to becoming reality. A group of leaders from area churches and the community have been exploring market potential and investigating financing options. The plans for Lake Gaston Village include maintenance-free cottages and apartments, assisted living, and long term health services all on the same campus.

Lake Gaston, located on the border of Virginia and North Carolina, provides an ideal spot for active retirement with new friends, recreation, outdoor sporting activities, and a variety of educational and cultural events.

The proposed Lake Gaston Continuing Care Retirement Community, serving NC & VA, will have an entrance fee and monthly service fees which typically cover all utilities, housekeeping, maintenance of residence and grounds, 24 hour security, one meal a day, access to activities, wellness programs, and the onsite medical clinic, scheduled transportation and more.
